Joaquim's Lake is a fictional paradise in the Amazon kept by Mr. Joaquim (played by Áureo Nonato, a member of the Amazon Literature Academy) and Salvador. It serves as home to many animals, and is also a famous campsite in the region.

On weekends, many youngsters take their time to enjoy the lake, but the lack of ecological consciousness transforms it into a polluted environment.

Those who are breaking the rules are in for a big surprise as they are eventually punished by the very own trash they spread. It is time to learn a valuable lesson: taking good care of the environment is essential for a healthy life.

The main objectives of this project are;

- To create awareness, specially on the children, about the importance of keeping lakes and river streams (igarapés) clean.

- To motivate recycling, and preservation programs in houses, schools, river streams, lakes and the streets of Amazônia.
