The longest stage (70 Km) requires running at night on dirt roads along the forest. The short stage is intended to give champion runners a chance to recharge before the last day of the race.

Distances are as close of an approximation as possible, and may vary slightly between now and the day of the race to more or less than the chart to adjust to changes in water level, fallen trees, unbeatable terrain, and other natural occurances.
